What is your land actually worth?
Enter any US address. We triangulate three independent valuation methods — USDA NASS farmland anchor, income capitalization from your parcel’s best monetization use, and development optionality premium — then show every adjustment with its data source. The estimate is a range, not a point, and we’ll tell you when our public-data approach can’t value your parcel honestly.
First-time queries take ~5 seconds (live federal API calls). Repeat queries on the same parcel return instantly from our 30-day cache.
Enter an address and click Estimate value. We’ll show the per-acre range, every method that informed it, and every adjustment with its source.
How this works (and what it isn’t)
We combine the same 23 federal + state data sources we use for our full parcel assessment — USDA NASS, USGS, USDA NCCPI/SSURGO, USFS FIA, EIA, FCC, USFWS, FEMA, NASA POWER, state DOTs, state F&W, ISO/RTO queues, US Census, and more — to triangulate a per-acre value range.
This is an indicative range, not an appraisal. Local zoning, recent sale comps, mineral severance, and improvements all matter and aren’t fully captured by public data. For any real decision, get 2 broker BOVs and (for development land) a licensed commercial appraisal.
